The rules for using PageSets. Plain English where possible.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PageSets Chrome extension and the pagesets.co website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by LumiCore Software ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using PageSets you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and discontinue use of the website.
PageSets is a Chrome browser extension that allows you to save sets of URLs as named workspaces ("PageSets") and relaunch them as Chrome tab groups. The Service is available in two tiers:
You must be at least 13 years of age to use PageSets. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using PageSets on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Pro licenses are sold as a one-time purchase through LemonSqueezy. Upon successful payment, you will receive a license key by email. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure.
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PageSets Pro on up to three (3) devices simultaneously. You may deactivate the extension on one device and activate it on another at any time via the extension Settings.
You may not:
Your one-time Pro purchase includes all future updates to PageSets for as long as the software is maintained. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features in any update, but core Pro functionality will not be degraded without notice.
If you experience a technical issue with your purchase or activation that we are unable to resolve, contact us at support@pagesets.co within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are at our discretion outside this window.
You agree to use PageSets only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:
The PageSets extension, website, branding, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of LumiCore Software, protected by copyright and other applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
The content you save within PageSets (your URLs, names, and settings) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
In plain English: we've built PageSets with care and use it ourselves, but software can have bugs and we can't guarantee perfection.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMICORE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR PRO LICENSE, OR $10 USD IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE A PURCHASE.

We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via the pagesets.co website or the extension itself.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
